can not play army men rts

i installed this game in Drive C
after i did Drive Wiper Ccleaner (free space only) in my pc (drive C), i can`t play Army Men RTS.
message appeared in my desktop
 settings.cfg[1]: Error! [col 256] maximum token length [255 bytes] exceeded

i browsed to solved this, and find some solution that will affect to other installed program..
 so i try to find another solution,
 i uninstall the game first...
and reinstall again to the different drive (Drive D;  ... my PC have two partition C and D)
and IT`S WORKED !!! i can play this game again
